Comprei 2 camisetas para meu filho da Etec, após pagar resolvi levar 3... A vendedora apenas pegou a camiseta e colocou na sacola. Após chegar em casa fui lavar,a camiseta veio manchada fui fazer a troca e lá estava específico q camisetas manchadas teria desconto de 15% !!resumindo não obtive o desconto pq segundo elas já comprei manchada e não aleguei no ato! Ou a vendedora
fez por engano ou fez de ma fé msm!! Vou pagar o valor de uma camiseta nova, e tive trazer manchada pq só tem pessoas ignorante e que não resolve nada pelo cliente.... Nota 0 para as pessoas q estão lá para resolver!
bad experience
I bought 2 shirts for my son from Etec, after paying I decided to take 3... The seller just took the shirt and put it in the bag. After arriving at home I went to wash, the shirt came stained I went to make the exchange and there was specific q stained shirts would have a 15% discount !! or the seller
did it by mistake or did it in bad faith msm!! I'll pay the price of a new shirt, and I had to bring it stained because there are only ignorant people who don't solve anything for the customer.... Note 0 for people who are there to solve it!
