★ ★ ★ ★ ★ usquei informações sobre a empresa e foram boas. Mas quando iniciei um serviço com a ROTEC não fui feliz no atendimento nem na solução contratada. Apesar de inúmeros contatos feitos não fui atendido até o momento. Demoram em torno de 30 dias para retornar uma ligação ou e-mail.
Acredito que é pontual esta situação, mas infelizmente não posso registrar elogios neste momento.
I used information about the company and it was good. But when I started a service with ROTEC I was not happy with the service or the contracted solution. Despite countless contacts made, I have not been dealt with so far. It takes about 30 days to return a call or email.
I believe that this situation is punctual, but unfortunately I cannot register praise at this moment.
