A torta deve ter caído no chão. Quando abri era uma massaroca q não dava pra cortar.

Realmente comida da nonna!
O ÚNICO ponto negativo é que falavam que não cobram a entrega. Fui lá pessoalmente três vezes. No dia em que pedi para entregarem cobraram.

The only negative point is that they said they don't charge for delivery. I went there personally three times. The day I asked for delivery they charged me.

Despite some negative reviews I went there to check it out. Lots of pasta options, I bought the Ravioli and I thought it was delicious, good quantity, well packaged, on point. Great service. I recommend and will be back more often. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, em pleno domingo com 6 pessoas para almoçar, realizei um pedido as 11:00 da manhã, com entrega programado para as 12:30, e uma ligação realizada por volta das 13:30 com o atendente Pedro me informou que estava saindo para entrega, não chegou, realizei nova ligação as 15:00 com as mesma 6 pessoas esperando para almoçar, e para minha surpresa o mesmo atendente me diz que não havia pedido nenhum em meu nome…
Muita falta de respeito com o cliente…nunca mais passo nem perto desse lugar…triste com descaso.
Terrible service, on a Sunday with 6 people for lunch, I placed an order at 11:00 am, with delivery scheduled for 12:30 pm, and a call made around 1:30 pm with the attendant Pedro informed me that he was leaving for delivery, it did not arrive, I made a new call at 15:00 with the same 6 people waiting for lunch, and to my surprise the same attendant tells me that he had not ordered any in my name…
Very disrespectful to the customer…I will never go anywhere near this place again…sad with neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheço o lugar a mais de 15 anos porém fiquei 10 anos morando fora do bairro retornando o ano passado. Todos os perdidos chegam frios , mesmo quando avisado ao atendente que estava acontecendo, tentei 3 vezes para não achar que era um problema casual. Mas não eles não tem respeito com o consumidor entregam frio mesmo e a culpa é sempre dos motoboy. Pararam no tempo se não conseguem atender a clientela com um produto descente, pois cobrar sabem, então que fechem.

I've known the place for over 15 years but I spent 10 years living outside the neighborhood returning last year. All strays arrive cold, even when told the attendant what was happening, I tried 3 times not to think it was a casual problem. But no, they have no respect for the consumer, they deliver cold and it's always the motoboy's fault. They stopped in time if they can't serve the clientele with a decent product, because they know how to charge, so they close.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE !!!
