★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Pedi a comida certa vez e veio um pouco fria e com pouca mistura. Fiz uma avaliação baixa no ifood com o feedback para o estabelecimento. Ao fazer um novo pedido, hoje, o restaurante o cancelou Quando liguei no restaurante, fui informado que o cancelamento se deu pela avaliação anterior. Total falta de profissionalismo.
P.S. Alguns detalhes após ler a resposta do proprietário:
* Em nenhum momento recebi contato para reparar ou se desculpar pelos erros.
* Tentei ligar no dia mesmo, mas o estabelecimento estava fechado e conforme mostra a crítica anexa, foi um feedback que ainda ressaltava que o ocorrido não era o padrão do estabelecimento. Não vejo maneira mais cordial de fazer um apontamento do que não foi adequado no pedido.
* Quando um estabelecimento está num aplicativo com avaliações, deve estar aberto à crítica e aprender com os erros.
* Não sou empresa nem firma para ter prepostos, tenho família. E minha família, assim como eu, é honesta e suas avaliações.
* Não existe nada de capcioso na avaliação que fiz. Relatei exatamente a experiência que tive, sendo ela agradável ou não.
* Como todo minha família sempre foi cliente do estabelecimento, fiz no ifood uma crítica construtiva, visando apontar o que poderia melhorar. Mas fico muito feliz com o ocorrido, pois mostrou que o problema não era apenas com aquela entrega. Prezo por um atendimento de qualidade, e a postura do estabelecimento só reforça o quanto minha crítica estava correta.
I do not recommend. I ordered the food once and it came a little cold and with little mixing. I did a low rating on ifood with feedback for the establishment. When placing a new order, today, the restaurant canceled it. When I called the restaurant, I was informed that the cancellation was due to the previous evaluation. Total lack of professionalism.
P.S. Some details after reading the owner’s response:
* At no time was I contacted to repair or apologize for the errors.
* I tried to call the same day, but the establishment was closed and as shown in the attached review, it was a feedback that still emphasized that what happened was not the standard of the establishment. I do not see a more cordial way of making a note than was not appropriate in the request.
* When an establishment is in an application with evaluations, it must be open to criticism and learn from mistakes.
* I am not a company or firm to have representatives, I have a family. And my family, like me, is honest and their assessments.
* There is nothing tricky in the evaluation I made. I reported exactly the experience I had, whether it was pleasant or not.
* As my entire family has always been a customer of the establishment, I did a constructive criticism at ifood, aiming to point out what could be improved. But I am very happy with what happened, as it showed that the problem was not just with that delivery. I value a quality service, and the position of the establishment only reinforces how correct my criticism was.
