★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido as 11h para entregar em casa...fui informado que haviam 4 pedidos na frente e pedi que se conseguisse chegasse até 12h30min estaria tudo bem. Quando foi 12h45min ligo perguntando e me informam que o pedido está com o motoboy. 13h30min ligo perguntando e não sabem do meu pedido. 14h me ligam dizendo que tiveram um erro e meu pedido nem saiu. Vou entregar e não cobrar nada, mas um detalhe: estou com duas crianças com fome e estava trabalhando por isso havia pedido comida.
Resultado: não peço mais nada.
I placed the order at 11 am to deliver at home ... I was informed that there were 4 orders up front and I asked that if I could arrive by 12:30 pm everything would be fine. When it was 12h45min I call asking and inform me that the order is with the courier. 13h30min I call asking and do not know my request. 14h call me saying they had an error and my order didn't even come out. I will deliver and not charge anything, but a detail: I have two hungry children and I was working so I had ordered food.
Result: I don't ask for anything else.
