Detalhe: tinha uma cor específica. Recebi a indicação da Roupa certa RJ de uma amiga e mandei mensagem na busca de um novo vestido. Alguns minutos depois tive o retorno e prontamente eles me acalmaram, enviaram as opções que eles tinham na cor que eu procurava e reabriram a loja para me esperar. Sério! Que atendimento maravilhoso! Vestido escolhido e ajuste da bainha feito em meia hora. Às 21h eu já estava com tudo resolvido. Não tenho como agradecer tudo o que vocês fizeram! Muito obrigada. Virei uma cliente fiel a partir de agora : )
On the 11/03th at 19h, the dress I was going to wear the next day, at the morning wedding as godmother, tore. At the time I was desperate, and I went looking for a new dress. Detail: it had a specific color. I received the indication of the Right Clothes RJ from a friend and sent a message in search of a new dress. A few minutes later I got the call back and they promptly calmed me down, sent the options they had in the color I was looking for and reopened the store to wait for me. Serious! What wonderful service! Dress chosen and hem adjustment done in half an hour. By 9pm I had everything sorted out. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done! Thank you. I will be a loyal customer from now on :)
