★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desonesto essa empresa... anunciam no mercado livre um produto... a gente compra, mas qdo o produto chega é diferente do que foi anunciado... e pior, nao atendem as reclamacoes, nao dao satisfação e nao devolvem o dinheiro... vou ate a ultima instância para devolverem meu dinheiro... bando de desonestos... NAO COMPREM DESSA EMPRESA DESONESTA.
Dishonest this company ... they advertise on the free market a product ... we buy, but when the product arrives it is different from what was announced ... and worse, they do not answer complaints, do not give satisfaction and do not return money. .. I will go to the last resort to return my money ... bunch of rascals ... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

Estou tem um Problema de quantidade de lâmpada comprei 14 arand3las e me entregarão 12 lâmpadas , telefones disponíveis estão com problemas e retorno pelo mercado livre pede a devolução de tudo Só queria as lampadas e não devolver .

Eles anunciaram que a luminária viria com 6 lâmpadas, as lâmpadas não vieram, tentei contato mas nunca respoderam e quando envio a solicitação de contato pelas perguntas do mercado livre, eles imediatamente apagam, pois fica visível para outros clientes. TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO AO CLIENTE E DESONESTIDADE. E comprei sem pesquisar porque confiava muito no Mercado Livre, mas infelizmente no contato com eles, alegaram que este produto não tem compra garantida, então eu devia me entender com o vendedor, mas como se o vendedor não tem telefone de contato, pois os contatos divulgados não existem.
The experience was TERRIBLE, I always bought practically everything on the free market. I needed a lamp and unfortunately I chose this company. They announced that the luminaire would come with 6 lamps, the lamps did not come, I tried to contact them but they never responded and when I send the contact request through the free market questions, they immediately turn it off, as it is visible to other customers. TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER AND DISANESSTY. And I bought it without researching because I trusted Mercado Livre a lot, but unfortunately in contact with them, they claimed that this product does not have a guaranteed purchase, so I should get along with the seller, but as if the seller does not have a contact number, because the contacts disclosed do not exist.
