★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é uma m… demoram mais de 1 hora pra responder, não enviam a protese no prazo certo, e quando envia, vai pra outro estado, pro destinatário errado. Mandei umas 45 mensagem pedindo a confirmação do envio, não me responderam, não me perguntaram o endereço nem nada. Ja fiz outras compras na esperança que mude o atendimento, mas está cada vez pior. Totalmente insatisfeito ??♂️
The service is a m… they take more than 1 hour to respond, they don't send the prosthesis on time, and when it sends it, it goes to another state, to the wrong recipient. I sent about 45 messages asking for confirmation of shipment, they didn't answer me, they didn't ask me the address or anything. I've made other purchases in the hope that the service will change, but it's getting worse. Totally dissatisfied ??♂️
