Talvez o único ponto negativo seja (se você se importar com isso) é o tempo em que o profissional trabalhe em você. Minha última vez fiquei quase uma hora e meia, não estava acostumado a esse tempo, porém não é grande coisa já que o serviço fica muito bem feito.
Excellent virtual and face-to-face service. Always at a convenient time for me. Regarding professionals, super qualified for the service. The environment is very nice and clean. So far I went a few times this year, but I'm sure I'll come back more often.
Perhaps the only downside is (if you mind that) is the amount of time the professional works on you. My last time I stayed for almost an hour and a half, I wasn't used to that time, but it's not a big deal as the job is very well done.
