Todas as vezes precisei está entrando em contato.
E agora este mês me esqueci de solicitar s,que o envio é obrigação de vcs.
Com 3 dias de atraso recebo e-mail que a fatura iria a protesto.
Não gostei .
Até porque, a obrigação era saber se o cliente recebeu o mesmo,entrando em contato.
Até sobre o atraso é possível saber pelo perfil do cliente sendo ele grande porte ou pequeno,pq a empresa tem histórico de cada cliente.
Pagamos a fatura assim que a mesma foi enviada, com juros sendo que o erro de não enviar foi de vcs.
Ressaltar que neste momento de problemas com Covid19 algumas empresas consciente não vem cobrando juros.
