★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixou a desejar comigo durante toda construção da casa, não tinha feedback nenhum, e após conclusão precisei ficar ligando inúmeras vezes pra fazermos a vistoria para entrega, resumo como total descaso, feliz de ter minha casa mas a experiência com a RPS foi péssima.
It left me wanting during the whole construction of the house, I had no feedback, and after completion I had to keep calling over and over to do the inspection for delivery, summary as total neglect, happy to have my house but the experience with the RPS was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender a história é uma, na hora de entregar é outra. Todos os módulos do Jardim do Sol em Itirapina foram entregues após muita pressão e insistência dos clientes. O nosso módulo já foi prometido que seria entregue na metade do ano, depois em setembro e agora sei lá quando vão entregar. A obra está 95% pronta, mas transferiram a maior parte da equipe pra outro local e nossa obra está a passos de tartaruga. Enquanto isso pagamos taxa de obra altíssima. Boa parte das pessoas que pegaram a casa tiveram problemas, desde instalação elétrica até caída de água. O atendimento é lamentável, tratam o cliente muito mal, parece que estão fazendo um favor.
When it comes to selling the story it is one, when it is time to deliver it it is another. All the Jardim do Sol modules in Itirapina were delivered after much pressure and insistence from customers. Our module has already been promised to be delivered in the middle of the year, then in September and now I don't know when they will be delivered. The work is 95% ready, but they transferred most of the team to another location and our work is at a turtle's pace. Meanwhile, we pay a very high construction fee. Many of the people who took the house had problems, from electrical installation to falling water. The service is unfortunate, they treat the customer very badly, they seem to be doing them a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construtora péssima, atraso de um ano e meio do condomínio, atendimento péssimo, parece que estão fazendo favor, isso qdo atende, pq nunca consigo falar com o responsável pelo empreendimento. Não indico pra ninguém.
Terrible builder, a year and a half delay of the condominium, terrible service, it seems that they are doing you a favor, that when you answer, because I can never talk to the person responsible for the project. I don't recommend it to anyone.
