★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com um plano de 70 megas, E tem hora que tenho que baixa a qualidade do video para 240p ou 480p isso esta abaixo do permitido pela anatel porem. o atendimento tec e rapido porem nao resolver.
I have a plan of 70 megs, and sometimes I have to lower the quality of the video to 240p or 480p this is below the allowed by anatel however. the service is fast but not solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou cliente da RQNet há dois anos. A qualidade desta provedora despencou, seja na qualificação dos técnicos, quanto no atendimento.
Minha ONU havia queimado há algum tempo atrás devido as falhas de energia que aconteciam em meu bairro. Solicitei um atendimento técnico e fizeram a troca do equipamento. Desde então, sofri com quedas drásticas na qualidade da internet. Solicitei o técnico três vezes em três dias seguidos por conta desse problema.
A única coisa que os três técnicos sabiam, era culpar o meu roteador de 3 antenas. Sendo que, antes da minha ONU ter queimado, a internet era simplesmente perfeita. Eu não passava raiva. Conversei com outros clientes da RQNet e eles relataram a mesma coisa. Só sabem culpar seu roteador. Os três dias, técnicos só logaram no painel e trocaram o canal do wifi, justificando que era muito poluído pelas outras redes.
Cancelei meu plano recentemente e estou mudando para outra provedora. Espero não sofrer com isso. Pagamos um absurdo por um plano de internet, e ele é mal fornecido.
Isso é um relato de um cliente que sempre foi fiel a essa provedora, eu chegava a elogiar a qualidade do atendimento. Mas hoje vejo que tudo mudou.
I have been a customer of RQNet for two years. The quality of this provider has plummeted, both in the qualification of technicians and in service.
My UN had burned some time ago due to the power outages that happened in my neighborhood. I asked for technical assistance and they changed the equipment. Since then, I have suffered from dramatic drops in the quality of the internet. I asked the technician three times in three straight days because of this problem.
The only thing the three technicians knew, was to blame my 3-antenna router. Since, before my UN burned, the internet was just perfect. I was not angry. I talked to other RQNet customers and they reported the same thing. They only know how to blame their router. The three days, technicians only logged on the panel and changed the wifi channel, justifying that it was very polluted by the other networks.
I recently canceled my plan and am moving to another provider. I hope I don't suffer from it. We paid absurd for an internet plan, and it is poorly provided.
This is a report by a customer who was always loyal to this provider, I even praised the quality of the service. But today I see that everything has changed.
