★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra via WhatsApp, mandei foto do que escolhi, paguei. Me abandonou e quando fui cobrá-lo, me disse que enviou na sexta. Porém a entrada do produto na empresa de entrega foi só na terça seguinte. Ou seja, chegou bem depois do que havia prometido. Ao receber, vejo que mandou as cadeiras com ferragem preta, sendo que paguei a mais para tê-las em cobre. Ao contestar, o vendedor diz que não, que eu tinha escolhido a preta. Tive que tirar print não só da msg com minha escolha quanto da cobrança que ele me fez, com o valor da de cobre.
Mandou retirar as cadeiras erradas e prometeu que daria as certas para a empresa de entregas na quinta, assim eu receberia a tempo para o que precisava. Fui olhar no sistema para ver como está a entregar e vejo que não foi enviado!!!
Ah, comprei duas mesas de canto e ambas vieram bambas.
Não recomendo. Péssima experiência!
I made the purchase via WhatsApp, sent a photo of what I chose, paid. He abandoned me and when I went to collect him, he told me he sent it on Friday. However, the entry of the product at the delivery company was only on the following Tuesday. In other words, it arrived much later than promised. Upon receipt, I see that you sent the chairs with black hardware, and I paid extra to have them in copper. When answering, the seller says no, that I had chosen the black one. I had to take a print not only of the message with my choice but also of the charge he made me, with the value of the copper.
He had the wrong chairs removed and promised that he would give the right ones to the delivery company on the farm, so I would get what I needed in time. I went to look in the system to see how it is being delivered and I see that it was not sent!!!
Ah, I bought two corner tables and both came wobbly.
I do not recommend. Bad experience!
