I Operated in 2012 .... 7 years of Gastroplasty And 50 kls eliminated !! I am grateful to the whole team, including Dr Marçal Rossi Dr Felipe Rossi is Dr Paulo Regina .... especially Dr Marçal a very demanding doctor, but in reality all he wants is our success !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trocaram a recepcionista, a nova garota é extremamente mal educada, ja tive dificuldade em agendar consulta com a dra Aline e dr Renato no mesmo dia (hoje 01/09), pois ela insistia que não tinha agenda e queria antecipar a consulta com a dra Aline (tenho tudo gravado no whats). E hoje presencialmente foi extremamente rude com meu esposo, mesmo com a Dra Aline falando que ele podia entrar comigo (consulta 12h), essa recepcionista foi mal educada, e depois eu teria consulta com o Dr Renato as 14h, sai de Jundiai/SP para Santo Andre e essa mal educada fez questão de deixar a recepção do consultorio para descer e discutir com a recepcionista do predio (Keliane), deixando a recepção do consultório vazia. Enfim, esperei até as 14h e a mal educada disse novamente que meu esposo não poderia subir comigo (como nao? se ele ja subiu as 11h e ficou dentro do consultorio comigo?), pois bem, fui embora sem ser atendida e nunca mais volto. Perdeu 2 pacientes por falta de educação da recepção do consultório, pena que não perguntei o nome da mal educada.

And today, in person, he was extremely rude to my husband, even with Dr. Aline saying that he could come in with me (consultation 12h), this receptionist was rude, and then I would have consultation with Dr Renato at 14h, leaves Jundiai / SP to Santo Andre and this rude man made a point of leaving the reception of the office to go down and discuss with the receptionist of the building (Keliane), leaving the reception of the office empty. Anyway, I waited until 2 pm and the rude man said again that my husband could not come up with me (how come? If he already went up at 11 am and stayed in the office with me?), Well, I left without being seen and I never come back . He lost 2 patients due to lack of education at the office reception, too bad I didn't ask for the name of the rude person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente do dr. Ricardo Moreno, fiz uma cirurgia de retirada de vesícula com ele, e só tenho que agradecer , pelo atendimento e a prestatividade durante todo o processo. É um excelente médico, muito humano, que se dedica ao atendimento. Muito feliz por ter encontrado um médico como ele. Além dele também tive um breve contato com o dr. Felipe e o dr. Nathan, ambos muito atenciosos.
I'm a patient of dr. Ricardo Moreno, I had a gallbladder removal surgery with him, and I just have to thank him for his service and helpfulness during the entire process. He is an excellent doctor, very human, who is dedicated to care. Very happy to have found a doctor like him. Besides him I also had a brief contact with dr. Felipe and Dr. Nathan, both very thoughtful.
