★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoraram pra realizar o orçamento, e me passaram um valor muito divergente de uma peça que precisava trocar na moto. Experiência não muito agradável, porém acerca do serviço, não tenho do que reclamar, moto está ótima!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase Nunca acho oque preciso, e quando acho o valor é bem mais caro q as demais, os "vendedores" não conhecem nada de motos fui pedir a pastilha da Laser a vendedora foi até minha moto q era uma kawasaki ninja , pra ver a pastilha, em seguida disse q não teria.....afff, parece q eles só trabalham com peças de cg e fan160, se tiver moto grande tbm...esquece, fui atrás de peças pra GSX e não encontrei....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que achar de um lugar que te cobra mão de obra da garantia , antes de abrir aparte de cima do motor ,que nunca foi aberto e não tinha problema nos parafusos prisioneiros do cabeçote e não tinha vazamento e depois que abre e fecha o motor e com o tempo Espana a rosca do prisioneiro? , o problema é como espanou e o porquê espanou , assumir o erro de aperto desigual ou não ter a ferramenta certa para aperto e um dos motivos que faz espanar os prisioneiros , o certo é não cobrar pelo erro!
RR motos cobra mão de obra que já estava paga caso de polícia ou pequenas causas?
A primeira vez que o mecânico abriu o motor foi para retirar o sensor de óleo que havia quebrado dentro do cabeçote, com os prisioneiros intactos , sem problema alguma
Acontece que para retirar o cabeçote ele e qualquer outro mecânico tem que soltar o prisioneiro , como me cobra por algo que não tinha problema antes? Tá certo isso? Se fosse um outro problema tipo embreagem ou qq outro problema tenha certeza que jamais iria reclamar
Foi como disse me cobraram a mão de obra de um serviço realizado e que estava na garantia o problema é o porquê a rosca espanou, e se estava espanada o porqe ue não avisaram , montaram o motor com a rosca espanada? Se não montaram o porquê ele veio a ficar ruim sendo que não tinha este problema acho que fui claro e sinto pela forma como foi tratado , mas talvez não se importe de perder um cliente que sempre comprou pagou e dava lucro , mas isso não é importante o que importa é cobrar o que já foi pago , não vou mais na rr converse com seu mecânico pergunte a ele se quando abriu o motor tinha problema de rosca espanada ?
