 Guys keep your back bad service when there's a problem they claim that the used bike is the manager throws it to the guy so it goes away lack of respect those who know never come back but never come back I bought a bike it'll be a year I never had peace with a bike I took it to the workshop now there is a missing part in the engine and RRMotos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já me interessei em ver preços de moto nessa loja, TODAS as vezes que procurei saber os preços, fui atendido com desdém e má vontade. Vendedores mal educados, sem contar que já coloquei minha moto na oficina deles, péssimo atendimento! Só um salvava e esse mano saiu. Se chamava Michael. Resumindo: ATENDIMENTO HORROROSO! não volto nunca mais! E não indico pra ninguém.
I've been interested in seeing motorcycle prices in this store, EVERY time I tried to know the prices, I was treated with disdain and grudgingly. Poorly educated salespeople, not to mention that I've already put my motorcycle in their workshop, terrible service! Only one saved and this bro got out. His name was Michael. In short: HORROR SERVICE! I'm never coming back! And I don't recommend it to anyone.

Peguei a moto dia 18/02, a moto veio apagando do nd, não mantinha-se ligada no farol, disseram pra andar, pois estava assim devido ficar mt parada, na semana seguinte piorou, e além disso também o painel dela parou de marcar velocidade, kms e td. Levei na loja e marcaram pra levar a moto pra fazer o pastilhamento na segunda-feira, somente isso, pois o painel disseram q foi azar queimar comigo, até aí ok, paguei do meu bolso por fora. Tal pastilhamento foi marcado numa Segunda feira, disseram q entregariam a moto na Terça ou Quarta, resultado disso: Liberaram a moto apenas na Sexta feira pra ir busca-la. Andei o fim de semana, chegou na Terça feira indo ao trabalho a quase 100km p/h a moto solta o escapamento no meio da rua, quebrou uma peça e amassou ele todo, acionei o seguro e enviaram um mecânico (graças a deus tem seguro, se n estaria na mão)ele colocou uma peça provisoria apenas pra chegar ao mecânico da RR, levei na loja e n quiseram fazer na HR, pediram pra agendar pra segunda da semana seguinte, dps de insistencia e disse que a moto n ia aguentar, fizeram o reparo na peça, mas n dos estragos no escapamento.No mesmo dia, porém a tarde, a moto começou a apagar do nd, tentei por uns 15min ligar, ela ligou porém já não era a msm coisa, está fraca, faróis e seta tbm. Na quarta feira fui ao trabalho, na volta a 19h da noite a moto apagou e não quer ligar mais. Hoje, 17/03 quase 1 mês com a moto e já com todos esses problema. Um breve resumo do que estou passando depois de comprar moto nessa loja que não tem respeito pelo cliente. Fujam enquanto há tempo...
Bad experience, DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE!
I took the bike on 02/18, the bike went off on the nd, it didn't stay connected to the headlight, they said to walk, because it was like that because it was stopped, the following week it got worse, and besides that, its panel also stopped marking speed, kms and td. I took it to the store and they arranged to take the bike to do the pastillation on Monday, that's all, because the panel said it was bad luck to burn me, so far ok, I paid it out of my pocket. Such pastilhamento was scheduled on a Monday, they said they would deliver the bike on Tuesday or Wednesday, as a result: They released the bike only on Friday to go get it. I walked over the weekend, arrived on Tuesday going to work at almost 100km p/h, the motorcycle released the exhaust in the middle of the street, broke a part and dented it all, activated the insurance and they sent a mechanic (thank God for insurance, if it wouldn't be in hand) he put a temporary part just to get to the RR mechanic, I took it to the store and they wanted to do it at HR, they asked me to schedule it for Monday of the following week, dps insistence and said the bike wouldn't hold, they did it the repair of the part, but no of the damage to the exhaust. On the same day, but in the afternoon, the bike started to go out of the nd, I tried for about 15min to turn it on, it turned on but it was no longer the same thing, it's weak, headlights and arrow Too. On Wednesday I went to work, on the return at 7 pm the bike went out and doesn't want to turn on anymore. Today, 17/03 almost 1 month with the bike and already with all these problems. A brief summary of what I'm going through after buying a motorcycle in this store that has no respect for the customer. Escape while there is time...
