★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A principio parece um excelente atendimento nas vendas. Aplicação do papel não ficou bom, indiquei para os vizinhos no ato da venda e tb reclamaram bastante e enrolação. Todo dia desculpas etc...pensem bem na hora de comprar. Acionem o procon on-line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM! Conforme mesmo relato da cliente acima, tive exatamente a MESMA experiência. São MENTIROSOS, NÃO ENTREGAM O SEU PRODUTO E NAO SEI SE RECEBEREI MEU DINHEIRO. Conseguem inventar desculpas todos os dias, combinam horarios e não comparecem. NÃO COMPREM DESTE LUGAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, me dei muito mal na escolha. Comprei e nao levei. Apos quase 3 meses depois da compra, aguardando a instalação que foi remarcada "n" vezes, desisti e sigo sendo enrolada. Nao me devolvem o que paguei, nao me dao nenhuma satisfação, nem previsao de pagamento. Ao dizer que nao aguardaria mais recebo a resposta de que posso ficar a vontade para fazer o que eu achar melhor.
No momento, achei que o melhor era alertar outros consumidores para que nao fiquem na mesma situação que eu. Fui muito tolerante. Mas, nem todo mundo merece a nossa tolerancia. O caminho tera que ser juridico mesmo.
