★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compro uma tampa de pneu neta loja, liguei encomendando um pneu, cheguei na loja e a atendente me enrolou por 04 horas, dizendo que o motoboy estava chegando, não tinha opção de comprar em outra loja devido a medida do pneu e ter rasgado um do meu carro, péssimo atendimento , pessoas sem valor e ainda queriam me enviar a nota via email , dizendo estar sem sistema, não recomendo a ninguém está loja ,

Deixei meu carro pra trocar 2 pneus antes do meio dia, o gerente da loja pediu meu fone (anotei o dele também) pra avisar quando estivesse pronto pois poderia estar antes das 15h que foi o horário combinado pra eu vir buscar. Chegou no horário combinado ele não ligou, então eu liguei pra saber e ele disse que estava pronto. Até aí tudo bem então fui a loja buscar. Porém chegando lá ele não estava e outro funcionário de lá informou que o pneu errado havia sido colocado no meu carro (um um pouco melhor, mais caro com diferença de 38 reais pra cima do que tinha acertado de pagar). Resultado por conta do erro do próprio gerente da loja tive de esperar mais 40 minutos retirarem esse pneu e refazerem o serviço colocando o pneu inferior. Eu saí prejudicado pois tempo é dinheiro me atrasei nos meus compromissos e me prejudiquei em meu trabalho por conta disso. O correto seria pelo transtorno, dar essa diferença de desconto pro cliente. Pedi por essa possibilidade e me foi negada, alegaram q ja tinha desconto em embutido. (Mentira pois tenho a nota fiscal e nada indica lá. Não volto mais neste estabelecimento nem indico a ninguém
Always came here but lost a customer. I left my car to change 2 tires before noon, the store manager asked my phone (I wrote his down too) to warn when it was ready because it could be before 15h that was the agreed time for me to pick up. Arrived at the scheduled time he did not call, so I called to find out and he said he was ready. So far so good so I went to the store to get it. But when he got there he was not and another employee there reported that the wrong tire had been put in my car (a little better, more expensive with a difference of 38 reais over what I had agreed to pay). Result because of the mistake of the store manager himself had to wait another 40 minutes to remove this tire and redo the service putting the lower tire. I was hurt because time is money I was late in my commitments and I was hurt in my work because of it. The correct would be for the inconvenience, give this customer discount difference. I asked for this possibility and was denied, claiming that already had discount in sausage. (Lie because I have the invoice and nothing indicates there. I will not return to this establishment or indicate anyone
