★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um primeiro contato com a Loja no ano passado, 2020, comprei 04 penus. Foi BOA a negociação. Porém, depois de pesquisar vários dias e inclusive voltar a essa loja mais de uma vez, o gerente, acho que é, me passou preço de pneus a R$ 436,00 a vista; precisava de 04, novamente.
Na hora da compra, dia 27, ele disse que tinha mudado para R$ 464,00, e que tentou remediar a situação me concedendo desconto na montagem.
Então, dia 28 levei o carro, as 8h30 entregando a chave para atendente, que recebeu e disse que as 11h estaria pronto. Já as 11h o mecanico que montou os pneus me entrega a chave do carro quebrada, e disse que não foi ele. Somente os dois pegaram na chave, então ela quebrou a chave forçando a retirada em marcha posição N, o que não saiu e quebrou.
Mas ela não assumiu e ele disse que assumiria, chamei sr. gerente, o que não me deu atenção, pois foi incômodo dar aquele desconto de montagem, contragido pelo preço errado. Eu disse ao mecânico que estava tentando remendar a chave, que ele não poderia fazer; era caso de chaveiro e o gerente disse para eu levar ao chaveiro, depois de muito estresse. Ele pagou 50% da valor de uma nova chave.
Não RECOMENDO esta loja, e tenho vergonha de ir lá; por não ser atendido BEM. Paguei os pneus de UMA VEZ no CC, e levei um aborrecimento por falta de caráter da pessoa que quebrou a chave e não assumiu a responsabilidade. Só resolvi a questão em chaveiro segunda-feira, dia 30.

He paid 50% of the value of a new key.
I don't RECOMMEND this store, and I'm ashamed to go there; for not being served WELL. I paid for the tires ONCE at CC, and I was annoyed by the lack of character of the person who broke the key and did not take responsibility. I only resolved the issue in a locksmith on Monday, the 30th.
