★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui perguntar o preço do pneu 185/60/R15 e o rapaz do atendimento, que fica sentado no centro, me informou que era com o rapaz ao lado. Acontece que havia outras pessoas para serem atendidas e o senhor que estava na vez ainda iria fazer um cadastro. Os outros dois atendentes ao lado estavam desocupados mas não podem nos atender. Preferi ir embora, sem saber o preço dos pneus e pode ter certeza que perderam um cliente. Não entendo como uma loja daquele porte coloca apenas uma pessoa para atender os clientes do segmento de carros de passeio. Nota 0.
Terrible attendance. I went to ask the price of the 185/60/R15 tire and the service guy, who is seated in the center, informed me that it was with the guy next to him. It turns out that there were other people to be attended to and the gentleman who was in turn was still going to register. The other two attendants next door were unoccupied but could not attend to us. I preferred to leave, not knowing the price of the tires and you can be sure they lost a customer. I don't understand how a store of that size has only one person to serve customers in the passenger car segment. Note 0.
