O serviço mal feito: as cerâmicas se soltando (ao retirá-las percebeu-se que foram assentadas de qualquer forma, tendo sido utilizado restos de materiais, como gesso, no processo); há várias rachaduras, sobretudo, junto às janelas; há desalinhamento nas portas e janelas; problemas na instalação hidráulica...
