★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa foi no sábado (01/02/2020) e foi mau atendida. Eu já tinha pesquisado preço anteriormente e lá era mais barato. Minha esposa voltou pra comprar a atendente não sabia informar se tinha o produto em estoque ou não e nem parecia muito preocupada resolver a questão para fechar a venda que de minha parte já estava certa. E outra funcionária preocupada em fechar a loja perguntando a sua colega atendente se já podia guardar os mostruários da calçada. Deu a impressão que minha esposa estava na loja em um horário impróprio( 11:40 da manhã)... Mas infelizmente devido a horário de trabalho) é unico horário e dia ( sábado) que poderia ir até lá. Só pra constar comprei no concorrente.. Loja Sodimac(antiga Dicico) paguei 30% mais caro mas valeu pelo atendimento EXCELENTE que tivemos. Ao responsáveis pela RS PISOS revejam seu processo de atendimento para com seu consumidor.. Sou empreendedor e sei que manter uma empresa aberta diante o cenário de instabilidade econômica não é fácil. Agora imagina com funcionários desmotivados ou sem preocupação de fazer seu trabalho com qualidade??? Infelizmente a curto longo prazo fecha. Lembrem-se não é só "preço" "bom atendimento " é primordial, sustenta seu negócio. Me desculpem pelo relato mas fiz para que vocês ainda tenham chance de prosperar com seu negócio. BOA SORTE!
My wife was on Saturday (01/02/2020) and was poorly attended. I had researched price before and it was cheaper there. My wife came back to buy the attendant, she didn't know if she had the product in stock or not, and she didn't seem too concerned to resolve the issue to close the sale, which on my part was already right. And another employee worried about closing the store, asking her colleague attendant if she could store the sidewalk displays. It gave the impression that my wife was at the store at an inappropriate time (11:40 am) ... But unfortunately due to working hours) it is the only time and day (Saturday) that I could go there. Just for the record, I bought it from the competitor .. Loja Sodimac (formerly Dicico) I paid 30% more but it was worth the EXCELLENT service we had. To those responsible for RS PISOS, review their service process towards your consumer. I am an entrepreneur and I know that keeping a company open in the face of economic instability is not easy. Now imagine with unmotivated employees or without worrying about doing your work with quality ??? Unfortunately in the short to long term it closes. Remember, it's not just "price", "good service" is paramount, it supports your business. Sorry for the report but I did so that you still have a chance to prosper with your business. GOOD LUCK!
