★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, demora, enrolam, pegam a mudança um mês antes e guardam num deposito correndo o risco de mofar, estragar e só mandam mais de mês depois, e ainda chegou atrasado. Na vdd ainda nem recebi minha mudança, pegaram na minha casa dia 06/12 e só saiu do Rio com destino a Manaus no começo de janeiro e até agora ainda não chegou, 35 dias úteis depois.
Bad service, delay, roll up, take the change a month before and keep it in a deposit at the risk of mold, damage and only send more than a month later, and still arrived late. In vdd I haven't even received my move yet, they took me to my house on 12/06 and only left Rio for Manaus in the beginning of January and so far it hasn't arrived yet, 35 working days later.
