Nem se dão o trabalho de avisar ao paciente que não irão atender no dia agendado.
Terrible attendance.

I needed emergency care on Saturday, it didn't work, she doesn't answer the phone for 24 hours, so bad, I had to go to São José dos Campos in her emergency room. Had to review this pay plan to have emergency care meet when we need it.
