★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim com essa empresa. Não tem uma tramição de intenet Boa. Falta suporte técnico ou técnico capacitados para soluções dos problemas. Deixado cliente mais 36horas sem internet. Muito lento atendimento deles em tudo.
Bad experience with this company. It doesn't have a good internet traffic. Lack of technical support or trained technicians to solve problems. Customer left over 36 hours without internet. Very slow service from them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 meses de uso e so problemas, trocado o modem, trocado uma segunda vez, acrescentado um filtro, e mais visitas sem poder ser resolvidas, o problema era de reiniciar o roteador até 6 vezes por dia, caindo com ou sem chuva, a resposta da atendente era.....so reiniciar, tecnico com capacitaçoes inadequada aos problemas.
4 months of use and only problems, changed the modem, changed a second time, added a filter, and more visits without being able to be solved, the problem was to restart the router up to 6 times a day, falling with or without rain, the answer the attendant was ..... just restart, technician with inadequate training to the problems.
