★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O arquiteto em questão não cumpriu nenhum dos prazos dados por ele no contrato inicial. Tudo com ele demora, conseguiu atrasar TODAS as entregas do projeto, concedemos a ele um prazo adicional de mais de um mês após a data prevista no contrato. Ao se aproximar da data final, entrou em contato e ainda pediu mais dois dias. Até ai, ok, já estava tudo atrasado mesmo, resolvemos dar MAIS UMA chance.
Sobre comprometimento: no inicio falava que ia pegar as chaves do imóvel para fazer as medições e não aparecia. Que ia cumprir tal data e nada. Sempre atrasando. A ultima foi que ia entregar a planilha de custos e o caderno para regularização (de uma data já repactuada) e em seguida, as 16h00 faríamos uma reunião para ele explicar, o que óbvio que não ocorreu. As 22h00 nos enviou alguns documentos (que em minha opinião não foram nem revisados, dada a quantidade de erros de concordância) e claro que faltaram vários outros itens importantes que foram inicialmente acordados em contrato e enviados no briefing.
A impressão que dá é que ele não tem tempo para se dedicar aos projetos novos, o que entregou era superficial (tive sensação que foi copiado de outros projetos) e sempre faltava algo, esquecia-se de coisas que pedimos (no arquivo que nos foi enviado no inicio do projeto) - para tentar cumprir as datas. Diante destas situações, solicitamos o cancelamento dos ‘serviços’. Impossível de levar o projeto adiante, imagine a execução da obra. Não é uma empresa séria, nunca vi tratar clientes com tanto descaso.
The architect in question did not meet any of the deadlines given by him in the initial contract. Everything takes time with him, he managed to delay ALL deliveries of the project, we gave him an additional period of more than one month after the date stipulated in the contract. As the final date approached, he got in touch and asked for another two days. Until then, ok, everything was already late, we decided to give it ONE MORE chance.
About commitment: at the beginning he said he was going to get the keys to the property to take the measurements and he didn't show up. That he was going to meet that date and nothing. Always late. The last one was that he was going to deliver the cost sheet and the notebook for regularization (from a date already renegotiated) and then, at 4:00 pm, we would have a meeting for him to explain, which obviously did not happen. At 22:00 he sent us some documents (which in my opinion were not even revised, given the number of errors in agreement) and of course there were several other important items that were initially agreed in the contract and sent in the briefing.
The impression is that he doesn't have time to devote himself to new projects, what he delivered was superficial (I had a feeling that it was copied from other projects) and something was always missing, he forgot things we asked for (in the file that was sent at the beginning of the project) - to try to meet the dates. In view of these situations, we request the cancellation of the 'services'. Impossible to take the project forward, imagine the execution of the work. It's not a serious company, I've never seen it treat customers with such indifference.
