Faltou decencia de comunicar ao cliente que tinham amassado o celular e ainda tentaram esconder.
Attentive attendant, technically good staff but poor character, left my cell phone for assistance and returned me with a kneading in the "camouflaged" body with a sticker. I just saw that I got home.
There was a lack of decency to tell the customer that they had crumpled the cell phone and tried to hide it.
