EM RESUMO EU TRABALHO COM VARIAS UNIDADES DA RODONAVES MAS ESTA UNIDADE DE CERQUILHO E REALMENTE UMA LASTIMA , E DENIGRE A IMAGEM DA RODONAVES .
THIS UNIT HAS ONLY RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE BECAUSE IT HAS NO ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPANY 8 TIMES THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN EXTRAVIEWED THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED FOR THE 1 TIME WITHOUT HAVING ANY PROBLEM, YOU CALL THERE IS NO SPEAKER AS RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIBLE AND PROPRIETARY AT LEAST CONTACT THE CUSTOMER TO TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem compromisso nenhum com o cliente. Tem número de telefone só por ter mesmo, mas não chega nem a chamar. Tentando ligar para agendar a entrega desde quinta feira. Preciso do produto e está parado desde então. Estou tendo prejuízo por essa falta de atendimento. Sem contar que no rastreio consta que fizeram uma tentativa de entrega e não tinha ninguém para receber (segundo o site), no entanto deixei de sair de casa, inclusive para levar meu filho ao médico, pensando que receberia os produtos. Inadmissível, falta de respeito e comprometimento nota zero. Empresa horrível e desrespeitosa.
Company with no commitment to the customer. He has a phone number just for the sake of having it, but he doesn't even call. Trying to call to schedule delivery since Thursday. I need the product and it's been stopped ever since. I'm suffering from this lack of service. Not to mention that the tracking says that they made an attempt to deliver and there was no one to receive it (according to the website), however I stopped leaving the house, even to take my son to the doctor, thinking I would receive the products. Inadmissible, lack of respect and commitment note zero. Horrible and disrespectful company.
