Mandei a nota para vocês para coleta do motor, informamos peso e medida, rapaz foi coletar ontem a noite, deixou a dona do estabelecimento falando sozinha. Ou seja além da falta na pontualidade, também não se deu atenção necessária. O tempo que estou perdendo está causando prejuízo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo serviço, demoram demais, a peça chegou para meu cliente avariada, tiveram coragem para tentar arrumar, sem me comunicar se podia e acabaram mais ainda com a mercadoria, já estou a quase 1 mes tentando solucionar o problema.
Bad service, they take too long, the part arrived for my customer damaged, they had the courage to try to fix it, without telling me if they could and they ended up with the goods even more, I've been trying to solve the problem for almost 1 month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não recomendo pelo fato de não ser a primeira vez que atrasam a entrega e sem falar no desvio da mercadoria e o atendmento que deixa a desejar. Não compro mais de empresas que utilizam a Rodonaves como transportadora.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend it because it is not the first time that delivery has been delayed and not to mention the deviation of the goods and the service that leaves something to be desired. I no longer buy from companies that use Rodonaves as a carrier.

Fiz uma compra no mesmo dia de uma mercadoria saindo de Porto Alegre com outra transportadora e uma compra com eles saindo de Curitiba, ambas para Minas Gerais. O produto que veio de Porto Alegre chegou uma semana antes que a mercadoria trazida por eles. E não houve diferença nos valores que justificasse. Rodonaves, não mais!
Bad experience with them! Shipping takes a long time, they don't meet the deadline. Extremely slow! I made a purchase on the same day of merchandise leaving Porto Alegre with another carrier and a purchase with them leaving Curitiba, both to Minas Gerais. The product that came from Porto Alegre arrived a week before the goods they brought. And there was no difference in the values that justified it. Roundabouts, no more!

Entrei em contato com a empresa e me disseram que minha cidade não faz parte da rota de entrega, deveriam ter conferido essa informação quando o objeto foi postado. Não solucionam, não me dão resposta e continuo sem meu produto.

They don't solve, they don't give me an answer and I still don't have my product.
