★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os moradores precisam se conscientizar mais quanto a questão do lixo jogado pelo condomínio. Além de dejetos de seus animais. A estrutura é razoável. Mas o pior de tudo é a grande quantidade de pombos que infecta o lugar.

Não há controle de acesso,, seja morador ou não, todo mundo entra sem qualquer registro, possui várias áreas com construções irregulares (invasões) bares e restaurantes funcionam sem controle, servindo inclusive de estacionamento para pessoas não condôminos e, algumas vezes já foram encontrados veículos roubados estacionados dentro do condomínio.
