★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível falaram que tinham ligado pro meu número e ninguém atendeu,mentirosos não tinha ligação nenhuma e eu liguei hoje pela manhã e a atendente falando groseeiramente a Sky tem que trocar de empresa por que esse povo e uma vergonha.
Horrible customer service said they had called my number and nobody answered, liars had no connection whatsoever and I called this morning and the attendant speaking rudely to Sky has to change companies because these people are a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo.. A falta de comunicação entre a administração e os vendedores externos, causou um contratempo enorme.. O rapaz, sem saber e sob orientação do pessoal da loja, vendeu um pacote que não existia e depois a loja queria que o cliente se virasse pra reaver o dinheiro pago.. Completo descaso com o cliente.. Super recomendo, que não passem nem na frente da loja..
Lack of professionalism .. The lack of communication between management and outside salespeople caused a huge setback. The boy, unknowingly and under the guidance of the store staff, sold a package that did not exist and then the store wanted the customer if you turned around to get the money paid .. Complete disregard for the customer .. I highly recommend that you do not pass by in front of the store ..

Não recomendo os serviços terceirizados da sky feito por eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Técnico João queria cobrar 100$ para liberar a globo na gambiarra como ele disse para todos nós aqui, liguei para a loja e não resolveram, desde o dia 5 e a reclamação já está na ouvidoria da Sky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo de empresa, falam que visitam o cliente e não vão, você liga, não atendem, ou assim que reconhecem desligam na sua cara, inventam mentiras e os funcionários tratam o cliente com uma tremenda falta de respeito, recomendo a vocês, recomendo que se possível nunca passem em frente.
