★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo comprar, fiz o contato com o vendedor muito bom no inicio depois do pix adianta foi me prometido nota fiscal e não mandou, me deram o prazo de 7 a 10 dias não cumpriram e não responde o whastsapp pós venda, quando fui cancelar a comprar para comprar em outro estabelecimento um senhor que parece ser o responsável providenciou as vigas no 10 dia e entregou , para tal minha esposa precisou estar no local e se estressar.
questionando o vendedor sobre minha nota fiscal ate hoje sem resposta.
como o próprio vendedor falou "minha comprar é pequena 1100 Reais", acredito então que para compras maiores há um atendimento melhor!!!
obs: tenho tudo documentado para que a loja não diga que é mentira, não tomarei nenhuma medida contra a Rubraz só deixo aqui meu feedback que não só de grandes venda vive uma empresa.
Bad buy, I made contact with the seller very good at the beginning after the pix advance, I was promised an invoice and did not send it, they gave me a deadline of 7 to 10 days, they did not comply and the post-sale whastsapp does not respond, when I went to cancel the purchase to buy at another establishment, a man who seems to be responsible provided the beams on the 10th day and delivered them, for that my wife had to be there and stressed.
questioning the seller about my invoice until today unanswered.
as the seller himself said "my purchase is small 1100 Reais", then I believe that for larger purchases there is better service!!!
obs: I have everything documented so that the store doesn't say it's a lie, I won't take any action against Rubraz, I just leave here my feedback that a company lives not only from big sales.
