★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surpreendi - me com esta academia. Fui fazer aula experimental em cinco academias. E no dia de ir nessa, fui com preconceito pensando, academia de bairro... que lugar delicioso. O staff de professores muito engajado. Alunos dedicados. REALMENTE uma excelente opção pra quem busca condicionamento físico. As aulas de hidroginástica muito variadas colocando até jump dentro da água. Inscrevi - me por um ano. Recomendo.
I was surprised by this gym. I went to do experimental class in five gyms. And the day I went there, I went with prejudice thinking, neighborhood gym ... what a delicious place. The staff of teachers very engaged. Dedicated students. REALLY an excellent option for those seeking fitness. The very varied water aerobics classes put up to jump into the water. I signed up for a year. I recommend.

Academia ampla, super limpa, respeito às normas sanitárias, ótimos instrutores na musculação!
Pena o horário inviável da natação (11h30) para alunos Gympass...

Too bad the unfeasible swimming time (11:30 am) for Gympass students...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é ótima, pessoal prestativo também. Único comentário negativo principalmente agora na pandemia: algumas pessoas não usam máscara e eles não pedem para as pessoas usarem ou alertam sobre isso, tornando o lugar inseguro.
The gym is great, helpful staff too. Only negative comment especially now in the pandemic: some people don't wear a mask and they don't ask people to use it or warn about it, making the place unsafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo de academia, acabei de receber uma ligação, que um professor reclamou de mim por não usar máscara, mentira. O pior é que os professores usam máscara de pano toda esgarçada, comem coxinha (sem máscara, óbvio), dão em cima da mulher dos outros (minha mulher no caso), mas se acham no direito de cobrar exemplo de alguma forma. E depois ameaçam os alunos barrar a entrada, porque querem exercer um poder mínimo que tem.
Gym trash, I just got a call, that a teacher complained about me for not wearing a mask, a lie. The worst thing is that the teachers wear a cloth mask all frayed, eat coxinha (without a mask, obviously), hit on other people's wives (my wife in this case), but they think they have the right to set an example in some way. And then they threaten the students to bar entry, because they want to exercise the least amount of power they have.

Gym is great, super polite and helpful staff. Bodybuilding with great equipment and instructors always willing to help. It also has a swimming pool with various types of water exercises. I recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhuma das duas unidades tem estrutura para receber um ciclista, não há espaço para prender uma bicicleta com segurança mas além disso fui tratado com por questionar isso, é um contrassenso uma academia que não sabe receber bem um ciclista
Neither of the two units has the structure to receive a cyclist, there is no space to secure a bicycle safely but in addition I was treated with for questioning this, it is a nonsense for a gym that does not know how to receive a cyclist well
