Não compro mais nada, e não aconselho ninguém a comprar !!!!
Descaso total...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merece qualquer estrela. Hoje estava próximo a esta loja qdo presenciei um cachorro de rua em sua calçada. Entrei, comprei um sachê e qdo o animalzinho comia solicitei uma vasilha com água e a vendedora disse q não havia uma para colocar água. Fiquei indignada com a situação. Eu como mãe de PET e até presente data cliente desta loja, registro o meu desprezo e a falta de respeito que tem com os animais abandonados.
It doesn't deserve any stars. Today I was close to this store when I saw a stray dog on its sidewalk. I went in, bought a sachet and when the pet ate I asked for a bowl of water and the saleswoman said there was no one to put water in. I was outraged by the situation. As a PET mother and until now a customer of this store, I register my contempt and the lack of respect she has with abandoned animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de entrega péssimo, além do atendimento totalmente despreparado, secos e grosseiros com os clientes. Pedi ração para os meus bichinhos as 15:00 horas e nesse momento são 17:26 e o entregador não chega com a ração! Além de já ter ligado para saber o que ocorreu e os próprios funcionários inventarem desculpas esfarrapadas para justificar!!!!!!!
Entendo que todos temos problemas, porém já é a terceira vez que me acontece o atraso absurdo com entregas. Hoje foi a última vez, 2 hrs de espera. Perderam uma cliente!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma das referências na região, porém a atual gestão é péssima e ineficiente para resolver os problemas de espaço e em estrutura com um terreno enorme. Faltam investimentos na infraestrutura, e não na qualidade dos veterinários de lá, infelizmente.
Pessoas entram e saem da sala de atendimento no meio da consulta.
