★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da telefonista péssimo, iria marcar a consulta mas acabei desistindo. A clínica perdeu um cliente. se continuar assim a clínica fecha.
Poor operator attendance, would make an appointment but I ended up giving up. The clinic lost a client. if it continues like this, the clinic closes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive em consulta médica com Dr. jorge na RUSTOM & LORENZETTI UROLOGIA INTEGRADA desde o primeiro momento ao cumprimentar-me foi ríspido e durante a consulta extremamente grosseiro. Infelizmente não pude dar sequencia ao tratamento com ele tendo em vista a relação médico paciente ter ficado comprometida. Ele não permitia que eu explanasse meu problema, me cortava rispidamente a todo momento, inclusive alterando o tom de voz. Fui obrigado a marcar consulta com ouro especialista.
I was in medical consultation with Dr. Jorge at RUSTOM & LORENZETTI INTEGRATED UROLOGY from the first moment when greeting me was gruff and during the extremely rude consultation. Unfortunately I could not continue treatment with him in view of the patient physician relationship was compromised. He would not allow me to explain my problem; he would cut me sharply at all times, including altering his tone of voice. I was required to make an appointment with expert gold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o procedimento pra quebrar as pedras nos rins a um mês, mas ainda continuo com dores, passei no médico que por sinal gostei do atendimento e ele me passou os exames pra fazer, fiz correndo pq estou com dor então queria resolver logo, aí marquei o retorno e cancelaram a consulta dizendo que só teria data disponível para retorno no final do mês, que só tem data disponível para pacientes novos. Piada? Só pode ser.
