★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistência técnica autorizada da Philco que demonstra total despreparo, falta de comprometimento e principalmente falta de respeito no atendimento ao cliente, que chega ao ponto de irônias e risadinhas ao fundo da conversa pelo telefone, sem falar nos atrasos e erros na ordem serviço que para eles ja é normal. A assistência autorizada, é uma extensão do fabricante para auxiliar no pós venda, então, levando em conta que o atendimento da RUZA SERVICE é de péssima qualidade, entende-se que o fabricante PHILCO também não tem qualidade já que uma TV em seis meses de uso apresentou sérios problemas. Mesmo a RUZA SERVICE já ter sido citada e até mostrada em programas de TV, os problemas continuam os mesmos. SE NÃO QUEREM TER PROBLEMAS PROCUREM OUTRA ASSISTÊNCIA TÉCNICA QUE NÃO TENHA ESSE ATENDIMENTO RIDÍCULO E DESRESPEITOSO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de comprometimento com o cliente, nunca cumprem prazos, fiquei mais de 3 meses esperando um suporte para minha tv, e ainda culparam o fabricante, porem sempre fazem pedido errado, até que passou na patrulha do consumidor.
