★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como foi minha experiência com está empresa? Google. Péssima! O presente que dei de presente de Dia das Mães para minha mãe, um box de vidro em seu banheiro. Poderia ter sido sem dor de cabeça, mas infelizmente o serviço da RWM VIDROS não foi de bom agrado, eles instalaram o box deixando uma brecha entre o vidro e a parede, fazendo com que a água do chuveiro passe pelo mesmo. Quando percebi a brecha 24h depois do box instalado, o Sr. Rogério com quem fiz o contato e fechei o serviço pelo Whatsapp, falou que o problema da brecha era por conta da parede que não era nivelada. Como alguém que sabe que o serviço não vai ficar bom, o faz mesmo assim. Fiquei 2 semanas tentando fechar com ele um retorno para reparar o erro, porém sem sucesso. Ou seja, estou decepcionada com o serviço e falta de respeito com minha pessoa.
How was my experience with this company? Google. Terrible! My mother's Mother's Day gift, a glass shower box in her bathroom. It could have been without a headache, but unfortunately the RWM VIDROS service was not of good pleasure, they installed the box leaving a gap between the glass and the wall, causing the water from the shower to pass through it. When I noticed the breach 24 hours after the box was installed, Mr. Rogério, with whom I made contact and closed the service through Whatsapp, said that the breach problem was due to the wall that was not level. As someone who knows the service is not going to be good, he does it anyway. I spent 2 weeks trying to close a return with him to fix the error, but without success. In other words, I'm disappointed with the service and lack of respect for myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei a confecção e instalação de um vidro, fiz o pagamento de 50% do valor total no dia 04/04/2022 e até hoje, 09/05/2022, ninguém veio fazer o serviço. O prazo para a instalação do vidro, segundo a pessoa que me atendeu WhatsApp, era de 6 dias úteis. Mais de um mês se passou, e as inúmeras promessas de executar o serviço feitas até hoje foram todas quebradas. Não recomendo para ninguém.
I requested the making and installation of a glass, I paid 50% of the total amount on 04/04/2022 and until today, 05/09/2022, no one came to do the service. The deadline for installing the glass, according to the person who answered WhatsApp, was 6 working days. More than a month has passed, and the numerous promises to perform the service made to date have all been broken. I don't recommend it to anyone.
