★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima cheguei as 7:50 entreguei os documentos , so fui chamada para assinar as 10:10. Esta pior que INPS.
So Deus sabe que horas vou sair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logo que cheguei às 10:30h do dia 11.08.2021, a clínica estava vazia, fui logo atendida, fiz dois exames e os outros dois exames que faltavam, só foram realizados depois de 13h. O atendimento é bom, porém a eficiência, fica a desejar!!!! É lamentável!
As soon as I arrived at 10:30 am on 11.08.2021, the clinic was empty, I was immediately attended to, I had two exams and the other two exams that were missing, were only performed after 13:00. The service is good, but the efficiency is to be desired!!!! It's unfortunate!

The service is great, from the receptionists to the doctors, but the delay is very long, especially for fasting people.

A última vez foram mais de 3 horas de espera para faz um exame q n demora nem 20 mim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que vou nesse lugar (por puro comodismo de ser perto de casa) me decepciono. A demora é muito descabida, até para processos simples de entrega de resultados de mais de uma semana atrás. Essa ultima vez ainda tive que aturar o deboche dos funcionarios devido a uma variante que tinha no meu raio x. Acham que nao estamos percebendo a conversa de voces? Estão errados.
Whenever I go to this place (for the sheer convenience of being close to home) I'm disappointed. The delay is very unreasonable, even for simple processes of delivering results from more than a week ago. This last time I still had to put up with the mockery of the employees due to a variant I had on my x-ray. Do you think we are not understanding your conversation? They're wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito demorado, pois um exame que não durou nem dez minutos, fiquei por volta de duas horas na clínica, isso porque fui questionar o porque tinha gente que chegou depois e estava passando na minha frente. Cheguei cedo para sair cedo, mas não adiantou e ainda por cima tive que refazer uma parte do exame porque a máquina não falto uma medição para sair no laudo.
It took a long time, because an exam that didn't last even ten minutes, I stayed at the clinic for around two hours, that's because I went to question why there were people who arrived later and were passing in front of me. I arrived early to leave early, but it was no use and on top of that I had to redo a part of the exam because the machine doesn't miss a measurement to come out in the report.
