★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativo: Atendente foi indelicada ao fazer os exames e quando eu alertei que estava doendo me respondeu de maneira extremamente rude. Positivo: Pelo menos ela repetiu um dos exames que a imagem não ficou nítida, fui atendida na hora agendada, e o local parecia higiênico.
Negative: Attendant was impolite when taking the exams and when I told her it was hurting she answered me in an extremely rude way. Positive: At least she repeated one of the tests that the image was not clear, I was seen at the scheduled time, and the place looked hygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei minha consulta presencialmente um dia antes. A atendente foi muito simpática e tirou todas as minhas dúvidas. No dia do exame cheguei um tanto antes do horário marcado. Expliquei minha situação e eles conseguiram agilizar o meu atendimento. Ponto positivo para a clínica que respeita e entende seus clientes. A higiene do local parecia ótima e apesar de eu te ficado desconfortável com os exames (o que não é culpa da clínica e sim da natureza dos exames em si), sai deste local satisfeito.
I scheduled my appointment in person the day before. The attendant was very friendly and took all my doubts. On the day of the exam I arrived just before the scheduled time. I explained my situation and they managed to speed up my service. Positive point for the clinic that respects and understands its clients. The hygiene of the place looked great and although I was uncomfortable with the exams (which is not the clinic's fault but the nature of the exams themselves), I left this place satisfied.

HORRIBLE, they said it had to be scheduled. I booked for 15: 30h (they schedule every 30 min). I was attended after 16:30.
Nobody knew how to explain the delay or how to resolve the situation.
Other people would arrive, get a password, solve their problem and leave. I stayed there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As recepcionistas são simpáticas mas o tempo de espera é muito longo. Demora demais. As técnicas não tem cuidado ao tirar o aparelho de dentro da boca fazendo com que deixe mais ferido e doloroso o procedimento de raio x dentário. Enviaram um raio x que ficou escuro e não informaram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorou demais. Peguei a senha e demoraram mais de 20 minutos para me chamar a recepção e mais 10 para ser atendido. Isso poderia ser melhorado. O atendimento é bom e quem fez as radiografias também. Achei que as cadeiras para os exames são muito velhas como pode ser visto nas fotos. Mas os aparelhos parecem ser bons apesar do Raio X normal parecer velho. A máquina de raio X 3D é nova e bacana.
Senti falta de um álcool gel na recepção.
Service took too long. I took the password and it took more than 20 minutes to call the front desk and another 10 to be answered. This could be improved. The attendance is good and the ones who did the X-rays too. I found that the chairs for the exams are very old as can be seen in the photos. But the gadgets seem to be good though the normal X-ray looks old. The 3D X-ray machine is new and cool.
I missed an alcohol gel at the front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes demoram demais para atender, não cumprimentam quando você chega (que é o minino), e até acreditaria que é pela alta demanda, mas quando estive lá, só tinham 2 pessoas.
Attendants take too long to answer, they don't greet you when you arrive (which is the least), and I would even believe it's because of the high demand, but when I was there, there were only 2 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Atendimento na recepção péssimo. A atendente se limita a pegar o pedido do dentista e efetuar a cobrança do serviço. Não informa mais nada.
2) Não entregaram o resultado no consultório da dentista até hoje (rx feito ontem cedo). Detalhe: o consultório da dentista é no prédio ao lado. Também não enviaram a imagem por e-mail.
Minha mãe é idosa, tem 87 anos. Precisa do resultado com urgência.
Liguei hoje pedindo a entrega, mas a atendente não se mobilizou para solucionar o problema.
3) Além de tudo isso, não emitiram a nota fiscal pelo serviço prestado. Disseram que eu receberia por e-mail a NF, mas não foi enviada.
