O banheiro é limpo, tem água mineral.
A recepcionista é ríspida.
A moça que fez o RX do meu filho foi super tranquila, tendo em vista a paciência dela por ele ser uma criança.
O valor do raio x em questão foi acessível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conseguem validar o plano da Amil e você não pode realizar o exame enquanto não validarem. Perdi meu tempo. Sendo que tinha usado o plano já no mesmo dia em outra clínica sem problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do serviço dos profissionais de Imagem, mas poderiam investir em um treinamento aos atendentes na sala de recepção/espera.... Não vi, em nenhum momento, um atendimento Cortez aos clientes no Bairro da Penha.
I liked the service provided by the Imaging professionals, but they could invest in training the attendants in the reception/waiting room.... I have not seen, at any time, a Cortez service to clients in Bairro da Penha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui encaminhada pelo dentista para ir a esta empresa na Penha e no caminho fui olhar as avaliações que a empresa tinha e vi qualificações ruins, principalmente em relação as atendentes e recepcionistas, mas como já estava no caminho decidi dar continuidade.... Realmente as avaliações estão corretas quanto ao atendimento e recepção pois o atendimento é simplesmente péssimo diante das profissionais que te atende na sala.... Que bom que pelo menos os profissionais que te assiste, executando o serviço, são diferentes das atendentes.
I was referred by the dentist to go to this company in Penha and on the way I went to look at the evaluations that the company had and I saw poor qualifications, especially in relation to the attendants and receptionists, but as I was already on the way, I decided to continue.... Really evaluations are correct as to the service and reception because the service is simply terrible in front of the professionals who assist you in the room.... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rx5 - Penha. O serviço de odontologia, normal, MAS o atendimento ao público na sala de espera é muito "precário" (se for por plano). O meu exemplo foi de ir com minha neném de 1.5 anos no Canguru com extensão de acento (você não consegue sentar com este acessório, tem que ficar em pé). A atendente muito grosseiramente falou: "bem... Vamos nos ajeitar nas cadeiras; VOCÊ sente alí....." Olhou pra mim e disse: Ou sente alí ou espere lá fora".... Só tinha 3 pessoas na sala (contando comigo).... Respondi que iria para fora então.... Uma senhora que estava na sala disse, ao sair, que achou um tanto quanto "seco" a atitude da atendente.... Uma empresa tem que investir em bons profissionais e bons equipamentos na sua linha profissional mas o atendimento ao público é essencial.
Rx5 - Penha. The dental service is normal, BUT the service to the public in the waiting room is very "precarious" (if it is by plan). My example was going with my 1.5 year old baby to the Kangaroo with Seat Extension (you can't sit with this accessory, you have to stand up). The attendant very rudely said: "well... Let's get settled in the chairs; YOU sit there......" She looked at me and said: Either sit there or wait outside".... There were only 3 people in the room. (Counting on me).... I replied that I would go outside then.... A lady who was in the room said, as she left, that she found the attitude of the attendant somewhat "dry".... A company has to invest in good professionals and good equipment in its professional line but customer service is essential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei a minha documentação ortodontica na clinica R5X leblon, liguei antes avisando que tive um contratempo e iria atrasar, fui informada que a tolerância era de 15min, cheguei no centro comercial onde fica a clinica as 16:16 pois pra acessar a clinica precisa de elevador e dentro da clinica as 16:18, por má vontade da recepcionista e demais colaboradores da unidade não fui atendida por diferença de 3min, um absurdo total por se tratar de uma clinica que lida com a saúde das pessoas
