★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de embalagens na quarta feira, me deram ate sexta feira para entregar, e nada. Liguei pra saber oq aconteceu, e o rapaz me fala calmamente que não tem embalagens... Ué, se na hora do pedido tinha, pq quando eu liguei estava em falta? Absurdo isso, não dão nem satisfação pada os clientes. Agora vou comprar em outro lugar.
I ordered packaging on Wednesday, they gave me until Friday to deliver, and nothing. I called to know what happened, and the boy calmly tells me that there is no packaging ... Hey, if at the time of order had, why when I called was missing? Absurdly, they don't even give satisfaction to customers. Now I will buy somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente,e suporte PÓS VENDA ZERO.
Realisei minha primeira compra, o produto comprado veio com alteraçao na coloraçao e no cozimento.
Ao entrar em ctt com a vendedora Mary a mesma disse que tomavam todo cuidado necessario com o produto e que ate aquele momento nenhum cliente tinha reclamado (meu relato nao valia de nada não é mesmo)apos isso nao me respondeu mais no waths sap.
Entao enviei um email para empresa(atraves do fale conosco)e entao a vendedora me enviou uma mensagem dizendo ter recebido meu emai,me passou 2 telefones do fabricante (1 errado)e disse para eu entrar em contato para avaliaçao do produto e uma suposta troca.
Sem suporte algum,afinal eu nao comprei direto com o formecedor
E para minha surpresa o FORNECEDOR KIRIN f admitiu ter um LOTE com o problema que eu informei.

I made my first purchase, the product purchased came with a change in coloring and cooking.
When entering ctt with the salesperson Mary she said that they took all necessary care with the product and that until that moment no customer had complained (my report was worthless, really) after that she did not answer me anymore on waths sap.
So I sent an email to the company (through contact us) and then the seller sent me a message saying she received my email, gave me 2 phones from the manufacturer (1 wrong) and told me to get in touch for product evaluation and a supposed exchange.
Without any support, after all I didn't buy directly with the supplier
And to my surprise SUPPLIER KIRIN f admitted to having a LOT with the problem I reported.
