Em uma manhã saindo para trabalhar o pneu estava furado, fui a essa borracharia, no momento da manutenção o cidadão quebrou meu disco de freio, isso que a moto é nova.
O mesmo me falou que não iria pagar pois é muito caro, falou que pagaria um disco usado.
Me recusei a colocar peça usada e velha ,falei que entraria em contato com a Honda para saber valores desse disco. Montou a roda e fui embora, sem saber o tamanho do risco que a minha vida corria, pois ele também tinha trincado o suporte da pinça do disco traseiro, podendo ocasionar um seríssimo acidente travando a roda, colocando em perigo minha vida e de outras pessoas, fiz a troca das peças e ao conversar com o proprietário sobre o ocorrido e o valor que foi gasto para o conserto da moto, o mesmo se recusou a pagar o prejuízo, e ainda com cara de deboche falou "não vou pagar se quiser pode colocar nas pequenas causas que não dá em nada".
Infelizmente isso é triste, pois como cidadão ainda temos que passar por essa situação.

He mounted the wheel and left, not knowing the size of the risk that my life was taking, as he had also cracked the rear disc clamp support, which could cause a serious accident locking the wheel, endangering my life and that of other people. , I changed the parts and when talking to the owner about what happened and the amount that was spent for the repair of the bike, he refused to pay the damage, and even with a face of debauchery said "I will not pay if you want you can put in the small causes that come to nothing ".
Unfortunately this is sad, because as a citizen we still have to go through this situation.
