1:15 h só para fazer a mão ! Borrou varias vezes , machucou , pintou mal ! Reclamei e pedi para mudar de manicure ! A proprietária de maneira grosseira veio tirar satisfação pq eu tinha reclamado! Como assim ? O consumidor que paga pelo serviço não tem direito de reclamar ? Dizer que não gostou é interpretado como destrato??? Um verdadeiro ABSURDO ! Uma dona de salão ter a audácia de vir questionar uma cliente que foi atendida por uma funcionária amadora e sem nenhuma experiência!!! Péssimo atendimento !!! E se vc for lá e reclamar de um serviço mal feito , prepare-se para ser mal atendida e dessa vez pela própria dona que quer fazer você de cobaia e não quer que vc reclame!!! ABSURDO ! LAMENTÁVEL!
I was attended by a novice manicurist with no salon experience.
1:15 h just to make the hand ! Smudged several times, hurt, painted badly! I complained and asked to change my manicure! The owner rudely came to take satisfaction because I had complained! As well ? Does the consumer who pays for the service have the right to complain? Saying you didn't like it is interpreted as a detract??? A real ABSURD! A salon owner having the audacity to come and question a client who was attended by an amateur employee with no experience!!! Terrible attendance !!! And if you go there and complain about a bad service, prepare to be poorly attended and this time by the very owner who wants to make you a guinea pig and doesn't want you to complain!!! ABSURD! UNFORTUNATE!
