Por enquanto minha experiência com essa empresa está muito ruim.
Precisei voltar na empresa no fim do dia, mas, consegui conversar com o Sr. Herbert, que amenizou os aborrecimento.
Assim, por volta das 17h30min de hoje, enviou uma parte do meu pedido e se comprometeu a entregar as peças restantes até o final da próxima semana. Estarei aguardando.
O Sr. Hebert, cumpriu o prometido e entregou o restante do pedido na sexta dia 26/11.

So far my experience with this company is very bad.
I had to go back to the company at the end of the day, but I managed to talk to Mr. Herbert, who eased the annoyance.
So, at around 5:30 pm today, he shipped a portion of my order and promised to deliver the remaining parts by the end of next week. I will be waiting.
Mr. Hebert fulfilled his promise and delivered the rest of the order on Friday, 11/26.
