Estive lá duas vezes e apesar ainda de não realizar uma compra mas os carros são conservados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone e WhatsApp não respondem… Tentei alugar um carro mas não foi possível. Preguiça ou falta de preparo! Precisam colocar alguém responsável que possa fazer um atendimento descente! Segui a dica da outra avaliação e aluguei pela Localiza.
Phone and WhatsApp do not respond… I tried to rent a car but it was not possible. Laziness or lack of preparation! They need to put someone in charge who can provide decent service! I followed the tip of the other review and rented through Localiza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc precisa alugar uma carro, não conte com essa locadora... Só perdi tempo, pois não fazem questão nenhuma de alugar o carro. Eles só atendem pelo Whatsapp e prestam um péssimo atendimento. A tal de Susane mal responde o que vc pergunta ( foi mal educada e pediu para eu alugar na concorrente). Ela trabalha com tanta má vontade e descaso que leva até 3 dias para responder pelo Whatsapp (um absurdo!). Além do mais só te oferece 2 opções de carro, sem seguro e com preços acima da concorrente Localiza (carros mais baratos, com seguro e com a possibilidade de retirada de domingo no aeroporto). Precisam trabalhar com mais profissionalismo, pois nenhum cliente tem que implorar para ser atendido. Fujam desse pessoal amador, mal educado e despreparado!
If you need to rent a car, don't count on this company... I just wasted time, because they don't really care about renting a car. They only answer via whatsapp and provide a terrible service. Susane barely answers what you ask (she was rude and asked me to rent at the competitor). She works with such ill will and neglect that it takes up to 3 days to respond via Whatsapp (absurd!). In addition, it only offers you 2 car options, without insurance and with prices above the competitor Localiza (cheaper cars, with insurance and with the possibility of Sunday pick-up at the airport). They need to work with more professionalism, as no customer has to beg to be attended to. Run away from these amateur, rude and unprepared people!
