Como Diretor industrial há décadas nos EUA, já conclui que uma empresa, em última analises, mais do que prédios e produtos, ela eh melhor refletida pelo seu acervo de colaboradoras. A tal teoria que “o fruto não cai longe da arvore”. Tive o privilégio de conhecer a Dra. Irma Daniela Azeredo, uma engenheira da SVS. Fiquei admirado com a sua dedicação e como seus olhos brilhavam ao comentar (superficialmente) sobre alguns de seus projetos, sobre a versatilidade de sua empresa e sua certeza de superar e crise. Falamos até de alguns aspectos logísticos que poderiam se beneficiar da crise pela qual passa o Brasil. Além dessa garra e carisma pessoal, essa jovem engenheira demonstrou uma atitude tão positiva que cheguei a pensar “que bom seria ter umas Misses Daniela aqui em minha firma”...
Sem querer brigar com a Diretoria da SVS, deixo aqui o meu testemunho sobre essa firma que superará a crise e que está preparada com uma equipe “Cinco Estrelas”

I see with experienced eyes and good SVS electromotors. As an industrial director for decades in the US, he has already concluded that a company ultimately is more than buildings and products, it is best reflected by its collection of collaborators. Such a theory that "the fruit does not fall far from the tree." I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Irma Daniela Azeredo, an SVS engineer. I was amazed at your dedication and how your eyes sparkled when commenting (superficially) on some of your projects, on the versatility of your company and your certainty of overcoming and crisis. We even talked about some logistical aspects that could benefit from the crisis that Brazil is going through. In addition to this claw and personal charisma, this young engineer showed such a positive attitude that I came to think “how nice it would be to have some Misses Daniela here in my firm” ...
Without wishing to fight with the SVS Board, I leave here my testimony about this firm that will overcome the crisis and that is prepared with a team "Five Stars"
