Ambiente agradável, o serviço do corte de cabelo ficou ótimo, uma pena ter marcado horário a toa na primeira vez porque ainda tive que esperar um tempo considerável e na segunda que também tinha marcado via wpp dessa vez para ajeitar a sobrancelha, pediram q eu fosse e quando cheguei lá dei viagem à toa, achei desorganizado.

A intenção dessa avaliação é chegar na gerência ou nos donos da barbearia. Frequentava a S2 desde 2018 e a qualidade do atendimento caiu MUITO desde o começo da pandemia. Sempre procurei agendar o primeiro corte do dia, e os barbeiros sempre (sim, sempre) costumavam atrasar de 20 a 30 minutos. Hoje, o barbeiro atrasou 1 hora e 15 minutos! Alegou que mora longe e teve um imprevisto, mas sequer atendeu o telefone quando as funcionárias tentaram entrar em contato, sendo que nem chamou e foi direto pra caixa de mensagens. A questão é que esse tipo de desorganização acontece há muito tempo e todo corte tem algum estresse diferente. O serviço é bom, isso é fato, os barbeiros sabem o que estão fazendo, mas só isso não é suficiente. Não quero colocar a responsabilidade nos funcionários, porque, quando esse tipo de coisa acontece, normalmente o problema vem de cima, da gerência ou dos donos, que alguma coisa de muito errado estão fazendo. Enfim, creio que hoje perderam o cliente. O corte masculino não é barato (acho que custa em torno de 60 reais), mas ia pela comodidade de poder ir a pé. Porém, prefiro gastar com deslocamento a ter que passar por esses estresses de novo.
The intention of this evaluation is to reach the management or the owners of the barbershop. I have been attending S2 since 2018 and the quality of service has dropped A LOT since the beginning of the pandemic. I always tried to schedule the first cut of the day, and barbers always (yes, always) used to be 20-30 minutes late. Today, the barber was 1 hour and 15 minutes late! He claimed that he lives far away and had an unforeseen event, but he didn't even answer the phone when the employees tried to contact him, and he didn't even call and went straight to the message box. The thing is, this kind of disorganization has been going on for a long time and every cut has some different stress. The service is good, that's a fact, the barbers know what they're doing, but that's not enough. I don't want to put the blame on the employees, because when this sort of thing happens, usually the problem comes from above, management or the owners, who are doing something very wrong. Anyway, I believe that today they lost the customer. The men's cut is not cheap (I think it costs around 60 reais), but it was for the convenience of being able to walk. However, I'd rather spend on commuting than having to go through those stresses again.
