★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderiam levar a sério o serviço, qualificar profissionais para que realmente saibam dar um retorno ao cliente, faz exatamente duas semana que preciso da segunda via da minha fatura é o site não funciona, whatsapp visualizam e não respondem, parece que estamos contactando com fantasmas. Zero retorno, zero atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu não pagar o boleto eles cortam minha água, mas como que vou pagar se não mandam o boleto e no site não funciona nada, se eu deixar de trabalhar para ir na empresa como vou receber para pagar o boleto kkkkkkk, essa empresa está de brincadeira, sem falar que ligo a tempo e só faz chamar, ou a empresa e ruim realmente ou está faltando uma administração organizada, só me resta esperar virem corta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site não funciona, nem o telefone e no WhatsApp quando eu consegui contato me enviaram o boleto errado pedi correção e não me responderam mais. O horário de atendimento é Complicado para quem trabalha , era para ser de manhã e a tarde quem trabalha de manhã como eu e não pode faltar ao trabalho faz como? Já que não dá tempo de sair do trabalho e chegar a tempo de pegar lá aberto? Isso é pra gente pagar com multa e gerar mais dinheiro para eles?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a mais de uma semana tentando puxar uma mísera fatura no site, já baixei o app dígito o número da conta contrato e da o nome de outra pessoa, dígito o CPF da não encontrado.no site fica carregando e da erro na página, ligo e só chama e quando atendem deixam o telefone fora do gancho. Passei 5 minutos ouvindo alguém conversando, tossindo e nada de atender o telefone decentemente . Atualizem o site

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O saae só serve pra te mandar um comprovante de residência todos os meses, afinal a conta chega, mas a água não. Antes de comprar sua casa em Extremoz, certifique-se de que vai ter condições de mandar cavar um poço no seu terreno ou pagar um carro pipa todo mês, pois é impossível ficar dependente dos serviços do saae. Distribuem água quando querem, nos bairros que tem vontade e nas ruas que lhe convém. A Prefeitura não toma nenhuma atitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! Estou morando a 1 mês na rua Onofre lopes (portal do sol) estou REVOLTADA com a falta de água nessa rua . Passar o dia trabalhando e quando chegar na sua casa,não poder tomar um banho ,lavar roupa e sua louça, é TERRÍVEL!! Os moradores ligam para o SAAE , para a prefeitura,para a construtora , ninguém resolve . Quando todos os moradores se reúnem para reclamar a água dura 1 semana, e as vezes 15 dias.. absurdo!!!!!
Good afternoon! I've been living for 1 month on Rua Onofre lopes (portal do sol) I'm ANGRY with the lack of water on this street. Residents call SAAE, the city hall, the construction company, no one answers. When all the residents get together to claim the water lasts 1 week, and sometimes 15 days.. absurd!!!!!
