★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao cliente é péssimo em vários sentidos. Falta de respeito e ÉTICA principalmente, vai fazer um ano que estou aguardando o ligamento da minha água e um funcionário deu a entender que só iriam ligar se eu "desse um agrado". É um absurdo!
 Customer service is terrible in many ways. Lack of respect and ethics especially, it will be a year that I have been waiting for my water to turn on and an employee hinted that they would only call if I "gave a treat". It's an absurd!

Gostaria de saber qual é a história do SAAE pois sou professora e estou trabalhando sobre estação de tratamento e como fui visitar o site de vcs e percebi que não tem sobre como surgiu, em que ano nossa cidade passou a ter uma estação de tratamento... enfim os estudantes da nossa cidade precisam saber sobre vcs e o site deixa muito a desejar. Deveriam ter vergonha de trabalhar numa empresa tão incompetente, tanto com o serviço que se propõe a realizar quanto ao atendimento com a população. Qual o número telefone de contato que funciona?
