★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei a usufruir dos recursos de água e esgoto da empresa SAAE da cidade de Itabirito, MG. Até o momento só tenho reclamações referente. Sempre cortam meu consumo de água que não é muito, pois trabalho o dia todo e não uso o recurso durante o dia com exceção de final de semana ou férias. Portanto acredito que não há motivos concretos para esse tipo de corte.
É exaustivo chegar na residência depois de um dia estressante de trabalho e não poder tomar um banho.
Quando ligo para a empresa, a resposta é sempre ‘’já estamos resolvendo’’ e no outro dia falta água novamente. Isso já está sendo uma rotina.

I started to use the water and sewage resources of the company SAAE in the city of Itabirito, MG. So far I only have complaints about it. They always cut my water consumption, which is not much, as I work all day and do not use the resource during the day except for the weekend or vacation. So I believe that there are no concrete reasons for this type of cut.
It is exhausting to arrive at the residence after a stressful day at work and not being able to take a shower.
When I call the company, the answer is always ‘’ we’re already solving ’’ and the next day we’re running out of water. This is already a routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no Recreio dos Bandeirantes e o SAAE deixa a desejar. A água é sempre suja, falta água, o reservatório está vazando hoje, pagamos "AR" POR ÁGUA.
O valor da conta é um absurdo! !! demoram a atender as demandas.
Ou seja todo o bairro está INSATISFEITO com o SAAE.
Tem que se esforçar pra melhorar! !
I live in Recreio dos Bandeirantes and SAAE leaves something to be desired. The water is always dirty, the water is lacking, the reservoir is leaking today, we pay "air" for water.
The value of the account is absurd! !! take time to meet the demands.
